“Thank you for the concise, extremely accessible, and easily applied training that you provided… I was able to use it immediately with my clients.”
The Fairy Tale Model is a comprehensive phase model of trauma-informed treatment. This research-supported model serves as the foundation of our training programs, and is featured in Dr. Greenwald’s books: Child Trauma Handbook, EMDR Within a Phase Model of Trauma-Informed Treatment, Treating Problem Behaviors, Progressive Counting, Slaying the Dragon, and the comic book, A Fairy Tale. The Fairy Tale Model represents an adaptation of proven-effective methods to real-world situations, and provides a systematic guide to every step of treatment.
